  • Aptamil Lactose Free is a formula for special medical purpose designed for infants that have lactose intolerance or diarrhea.
  • Aptamil LF is free of lactose, the type of sugar responsible for causing intolerance in some infants.
  • Lactose intolerance usually accompanies diarrhea.
  • If you are unable to breastfeed, consult your doctor to use Aptamil LF during that phase for the fast recovery of your infant.
  • Aptamil Lactose Free contains all of the nutrients needed for the normal growth and development of your infant.

    Instructions for use/ How to Use

  • Preparing your baby's feed
  • Wash hands and sterilize all utensils.
  • Boil freshly-run water.
  • Leave to cool in kettle for 30 mins to approx.
  • 40°C.
  • Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilised bottle.
  • Do not use water boiled more than once.
  • Always use the scoop provided.
  • Level off the powder with the built-in leveler.
  • Do not press extra powder into the scoop.
  • Add the correct measure of powder to the water.
  • Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful to your baby.
  • Cap the bottle and shake immediately vertically and vigorously for 10 seconds to dissolve powder.
  • Remove seal and replace with sterilized teat.
  • Check temperature on your wrist before feeding (37°C).

  • Breastfeeding is best for babies and a healthy diet / maternal nutrition is important when breastfeeding.
  • A decision not to Breastfeed can be difficult to reverse.
  • Infant formula is suitable from birth when babies are not breastfed.
  • It is recommended that all formula milks be used on the advice of a doctor.
