Dosage

Unless otherwise prescribed by your physician, to prevent arterial thrombosis without bypass surgery take 100 mg/day. To prevent arterial sclerosis after bypass surgery take 100-300 mg/day. To prevent stroke, take 3 x 100 mg/day. To prevent thrombosis after a myocardial infarction take 100 mg/day. To prevent heart attacks in high-risk patients, take 100 mg/day.
