 What Fluticasone Propionate / Formoterol Fumerate is used for
The combination Fluticasone Propionate / Formoterol Fumerate is used to treat asthma. It should be used every day to prevent asthma attacks and is not used to relieve sudden breathing problems.
Do not use Fluticasone Propionate / Formoterol Fumerate
If you’re allergic to the active substances or any other component of this medicine.

Warnings and Precautions:
Talk to your doctor about all your medical conditions before taking this medicine including:
If you have heart problems.
If you have high blood pressure.
If you have diabetes or have high blood sugar. 
If you have thyroid problems.
If you have problems in your adrenal gland.
If you have liver problems.
If you have an immune system problem.
If you have eye problems such as glaucoma, increased pressure in your eye, or cataracts.
If you have low potassium levels in your blood. 
If you have any type of viral, bacterial, fungal, or parasitic infection.
If are pregnant or plan to become pregnant or breast-feeding.

Possible Side Effects:
Stop using this product and seek immediate medical help if you develop rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Serious side effects:
Reduced adrenal function
Sudden breathing problems
Low levels of potassium in your blood

Other medicines and Fluticasone Propionate / Formoterol Fumerate:
Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking.
Fluticasone Propionate / Formoterol Fumerate interacts with a lot of medicines including:
Beta blockers such as Metoprolol used for blood pressure.
Certain anti-fungals such as Ketoconazole, Itraconazole.
Medicines used to treat heartfailure such as Digoxin.
Certain anti-virals used for HIV such as Ritonavir.
Certain antibiotics such as Clarithromycin.
Medicines to treat depression, mental disorders or Parkinson. 
Other corticosteroids.
Certain other medicines used to treat asthma.

How to use Fluticasone Propionate / Formoterol Fumerate:
This medicine is intended for adults and children 12 years and older.
Use as indicated by your doctor.
This medicine is for inhalation only.
Do not use to relieve sudden breathing problems
The usual recommended dose is two inhalations (2 puffs) twice a day, morning and evening.

How to store Fluticasone Propionate / Formoterol Fumerate :
Store at room temperature 68 to 77°F (20 to 25°C).
Throw away any part not used 3 months after opening.
Keep this medicine out of reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the package. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
