Calcium polystyrenesulphonate is a cation-exchange resin that binds to potassium ions in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing serum potassium levels.
Therapeutic Indications Of Resocal Calcium Polystyrene Sulfonate Sachets
Used in case of Treatment of hyperkalemia (high levels of potassium in the blood) by binding excess potassium in the gut.

Take orally
